Saidto helps you write personal letters by asking you a few questions and turning your answers into a letter using AI. We may change, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

You can use some features without an account. To save letters, you create an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Use Saidto for genuine, personal letters. Don't use it to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others; to create unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; to infringe anyone's rights; or to attack, scrape, or disrupt the service.

The answers you write and the letters you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service to you — for example, to generate a letter, show it to you again, or deliver a shared link you enable. We don't claim ownership of your letters.

Letters are generated by an AI model from your answers. Output may not always be accurate, appropriate, or unique, and similar answers can produce similar letters. You're responsible for reviewing a letter before you send or share it.

Some features are free and others are paid. Prices and what's included are shown before you pay. Paid features are handled by our payments processor. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the paid feature has been delivered.

Saidto's name, design, software, and content (other than your own letters and answers) belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

Saidto is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any letter will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saidto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Saidto and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Saidto after a change means you accept the updated terms.
